My dog has red spots and puffy eyes. Could it be an allergic reaction?

My dog woke up with big red inflamated spots on his belly and inner legs, his eyes are puffy too aas well as red around, he would cry a bit, ibelieve because of the discomfort, now he seems to have calmed down. But what can i do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 75 lbs

It sounds as though Charlie may be suffering from an allergic reaction from something. I would recommend having a veterinarian take a look at him so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. If an allergic reaction goes untreated it can become much worse and potentially life threatening. If you are far from a veterinary hospital, you can give Benadryl for the time being.
