My cat's eye looks swollen and puffy. What could be the cause?

So I noticed last night that the area underneath my cats eye looked ever so slightly puffy, very subtle (my husband couldn’t see it). And this morning, it’s more visible and the outer corner of his eye looks raised and swollen. He seems fine in himself, eating food, purring etc. Just wondering how to trest this. Thanks in advance. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 1 month old
