My boa has a respiratory infection. What if I can't find a vet?

Pet's info: Reptile | Boa Constrictor | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 5 months old | 26 lbs

I have a 26 lbs boa constrictor who has a respiratory infection I've called a few vets near me and some don't do snakes the one that does take snakes is not available is there anything I can do to fix this

Upper respiratory infection (URI) in snakes takes a very long time to resolve and it is not likely to resolve without antibiotics. You really need to get him to a vet as soon as they can get you an appointment. There appears to be multiple vet hospitals in your area that will examine/treat reptiles. I suggest you continue to call around. One thing you can do right away is go over all of your husbandry. A URI most often happens because the snake became too cold.
