My cat, cocoa, won't stop peeing outside of the litterbox (even though I clean twice a day) and its gotten to the point where I will have to get rid of him. Please help

Poor guy. It could be that Cocoa simply has a urinary tract infection or another condition called feline lower urinary tract disease. Before you decide to give him away, I would consider taking him in to your vet for a urine test. This is likely something that is treatable if it is one of the conditions mentioned above.
