Why is my dog whimpering with diarrhea after raw food & ibuprofen?

For 7 yrs ate approx 1-2 cup dry food a day, kept bowl full and he ate when hungry. This summer he was barely eating. Diagnosed with Cushing and possible bile duct clog. Changed to 19 nuggets raw food a day 2 months ago. He acted hungry all the time and lost 2.5 lbs approx, so increased to 30 nuggets. Developed diarrhea 3 days ago. Reintroduced dry food 1/2+ cup a day in addition to other food. He is eating all of it. Whimpered all night last night. Have a 1/4 of an ibuprofen. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Male | neutered | 7 years old | 11 lbs

Do not give TobyMac any more ibuprofen, it's not safe to give to dogs. I wouldn't be surprised if the raw food caused the diarrhea. It can make a dog very sick due to the bacteria in it from the raw meat. Have him seen by a vet in the morning.
