My cat is vomiting, not eating, and breathing hard. Is it serious?

My cat won't eat drink, use the litter box, and she is throwing up white foamy saliva. We are worried she ate something she wasn't supposed to like string. She also is sneezing and coughing a lot and it looks like she's having a hard time breathing, what should I do? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 years and 2 months old | 10 lbs
