My dog got a bump in her head which was developed overnight . It's not painful . But sometimes when I touch , she makes some noise . It was developed overnight . It's 2 cm in diameter . She is a 3 years old German shepherd . She is really active . Eats normal amount of food . Runs really fast . But she is not fit enough , I mean she is so thin , not so fat . She is big got really big bones . What might be the bump ?
