My kitten has a scabby bump. How do I stop her from scratching it?

My kitten is eight months old and I just noticed a little scabby bump that she keeps scratching at. It’s not that big. I’m worried about it though! What can I do to keep her from making it worse ( scratching at it)? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 7 months and 28 days old | 7.6 lbs
