My senior dog threw up and couldn't get up. Should I be worried?

My 12 yr American Eskie femal could get up. She panicked a bit & threw up. She is walking now & got up on the couch herself, just resting. Earlier when outside I heard her make a short Yelp. I checked her & she seemed fine. Oh..she is in heat right now as well. Do I need to worry? Vet closed till Monday. Pet's info: Dog | American Eskimo Dog | Female | 12 years old | 27 lbs

I suggest you have her examined by your vet on Monday when you can get her an appointment. It sounds like she has some pain somewhere - maybe arthritis, maybe a pinched nerve. Hard to say exactly without examining her myself.
