My cat won't eat, meows when touched, and has hot paws. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Cat | Norwegian Forest Cat | Male | 6 years and 1 month old | 9.5 lbs

My 6 years old outside cat has not been eating he’s only had a few bites the last few days and he’s has been meowing a lot whenever he’s touched and his paw pads are vert warm

It's actually very serious when a cat won't eat, and if they go long enough without eating, they will develop a fatty liver. A fatty liver is fatal without treatment,. Totoro needs to see a vet now, please take him into one immediately.
