My senior dog has a lump near his penis, is withdrawn, legs failing?

My 15 year old staffy has a big lump apear on the puter side of his pionus and seems realy with drawn and his back legs ar faling

I am sorry to hear about Duke. It looks like there may be some autocorrect/ spelling errors in your question, so you may want to repost it with correct spelling in case I am mininterpreting your question. IT sounds like he has a large lump next ot his penis, he is withdrawn and his legs are failing. If that is correct, It sounds like he needs a veterinary exam right away. We would be worried about things like cancer unfortunately given the large mass and his age, but the lump may be incidental and something else internally is causing his symptoms. An exam by his vet is needed to determine this.
