Why is my cat peeing on my bed? Is it a UTI or new cat stress?

I have had Luna a little over 2 years and we have been fights with peeing on my bed and clothes. She has recently started back up 2 days ago and has peed 2x. Idk if it could be a UTI(has them in the past) or another issue, we have a another cat she doesn’t get along with(had him about 5 months) and he is Unneutered? Anything could helps. Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Female | spayed | 2 years and 3 months old | 11.3 lbs

It certainly could be another problem with Luna's urinary tract, like feline idiopathic cystitis. Having another cat in the house is stressful, and that can lead to this cystitis. I'd have her seen by a vet to have this diagnosed and treated. I'd also get your male cat neutered. I hope this helps!
