These type of feces are definitively not normal. As a first approach, I would suggest to start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice vomiting, lethargy or inappetence. Poor Hope! Worms, stress, change in diet, viral infections and eating strange things such as house plants can all contribute to diarrhea in kittens. Given the weakness I recommend a full check up as soon as possible

Hello, sorry to hear about Lisa. It could be that the change in food could be causing the diarrhea and she needs some time to adjust to the new diet. Additionally, she could be infested with intestinal parasites that may be contributing to the diarrhea. Finally, some viral infections can cause diarrhea as well. If the diarrhea does not resolve in the next 2-3 days then you should have Lisa evaluated by a veterinarian. Also monitor for any signs of lethargy, decreased appetite, or vomiting and have her evaluated by a veterinarian if you note any of these. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Yellow liquid sounds like bile, it is produced in the gall bladder then released to help digestion. However it can be quite irritant to the stomach if there are no contents and sometimes causes vomiting. It could be that he is overproducing bile or simply has a sensitive tummy. It might be worth leaving him some biscuits out overnight to see if feeding helps settle him. Otherwise your vet will be able to give him a thorough examination and decide if he needs further investigations. Best of luck.
