My pitbull has red bumps on his snout. Is it an allergic reaction?

Hello! I have a male pitbull mix. I just recently noticed that he has a few lump/bumps on his snout near the top of his nose. They look a little red underneath the fur but not quite sure. I am pretty good about noticing things that are abnormal when it comes to him. I don’t know if maybe it’s an allergic reaction or what it could be. When i apply a little bit of pressure to the lump he does not flinch or seem discomforted by it.

This could be a skin infection, but it can be a sign of an allergic reaction. I would have this checked out by a vet, but if these bumps get worse, Bean's muzzle starts swelling, and/or he has trouble breathing, take him into an ER vet immediately.
