Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 4 months and 28 days old | 4.6 lbs
My kitten was spayed 5 days ago, I caught her playinG very rough with another cat today. Now her surgery sight looks very red. She doesn't have any other signs yet? Should I take her to the emergency vet?

That could be some bruising or irritation The incision itself appears to still be intact though. As long as Rosey is behaving normally, you can likely wait until tomorrow to have her rechecked by your veterinarian. Keep the e-collar (cone) in place and restrict her activity as much as possible. If she develops bruising anywhere else or becomes lethargic, then a visit to the ER would be recommended.

The wound looks absolutely fine, with a very mild inflammation which is normal at this stage. I would be worried about it at this stage, but I would recommend to limit as much as possible her activity.
