My dog has a red rash on the outside of her lower eyelid. It started bleeding this morning but doesn't seem to bother her. Can u please help me. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 3 months old | 55 lbs

Ouch! That looks like some major irritation that needs to be seen in person by your vet. It is possible there is an abscess (infection) going on, a blocked tear duct, a wound, or even a cyst or growth that needs to be looked at and treated.
