My dog has a red, bleeding rash on her eyelid. What should I do?

My dog has a red rash on the outside of her lower eyelid. It started bleeding this morning but doesn't seem to bother her. Can u please help me.

Ouch! That looks like some major irritation that needs to be seen in person by your vet. It is possible there is an abscess (infection) going on, a blocked tear duct, a wound, or even a cyst or growth that needs to be looked at and treated. Since there are so many possible causes, a vet visit is important so the right treatment can be given. Until you can get to your vet, keeping the area clean and dry and placing an Elizabethan (cone) collar on Stella can help reduce further irritation.
