My cat fell, has belly lump, and sleeps more. Internal injury?

He fell from rooftop last Thursday.Next day I noticed the lump on his belly.Why this lump? Is that because of any internal injury? (His behavior is normal.But he sleeps more than before now). Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered
