My dog has a large bump in his ear. What is it and what should I do?

He has a big bump inside his ear kinda looks like the one in the picture I just noticed it what could it be

Thank you for the picture and clarification. This looks like it could be an aural hematoma, which is when fluid gets trapped between the layers of the ear. This is usually a sign of an ear infection. I'd have this checked out by a vet.

    It could be an aural haematoma. If this is the case, the blister will contain blood and it is likely secondary to shaking his head or/and scratching of the ear. I would recommend to have him checked over by your vet, he might have an ear infection that requires treatment.
