Hi my 7yo indoor cat suddenly got diarrhea and refused to eat anything. He has been drinking water though. His ears are cold to touch and has been hiding and sleep since then. I am so worried.

So am I. Giles behavior indicates he has in internal illness that needs to be identified quickly and treated. I would highly recommend taking him in to your local vet soon to have some diagnostic testing done on him so that we can quickly identify the problem and get hm treated. This is the only way to help your furry friend Giles. Just about any disease process can cause these symptoms of diarrhea, inappetance, and lethargy, including: liver disease, pancreatitis, kidney disease or an infection is possible. I hope that Giles is able to make a full and speedy recovery soon! Best wishes and take care.
