Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 15 years and 7 months old | 9.41 lbs
my cat gets constipated like once a week. like discomfort, meowing, sometimes throws up until she eventually poops. the whole ordeal usually lasts about half an hour to an hour. but if happens like weekly. should i take her to my vet for this?

Poor girl. I would absolutely recommend taking Ariel to your vet for this. Constipation in cats can be managed with treatment if caught early, but if it goes on for a long period of time without treatment, it can lead to megacolon (permanent dilation of the colon) which will require stronger medications that have to be given continuously.
