I would not be overly worried. Just monitor this area and if seems worse at any time you should have your vet check him out. In the meantime you can use this would spray to keep it clean. ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/vetericyn-plus-wound-and-skin-care-for-dogs )

    Hi there and thank you for using Pet Coach to address your concern. Judging from the photos, it is possible that this is due to trauma or infection. I would recommend using a topical medication called Zymox topical ointment and apply to the affected areas twice daily until resolved. If they worsen or do not resolve, then I would recommend having your veterinarian take a look at the affected areas for further testing and treatment recommendations. I hope this helps!
