My senior dog is suffering. How do I know if it's time for euthanasia?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Male | neutered | 9 years and 8 months old | 86 lbs

My senior american bulldog is struggling. He has several heath issues that he takes meds and supplements. Here is what he takes carprofen potassium bromide lthyroxin vetsmart formula cbd oil tramadol phenobarbital nvh immuno. He has several fatty lipomas. And they keep appearing. I had 2 large ones removed in june. Am i doing the right thing for him. Or should he be put to sleep? He's a happy boy. Some days are worse than others. Please help

I hate to hear Tyson is struggling. The best person to advise you on his quality of life is the veterinarian who is most familiar with Tyson. Also, I recommend to keep a calendar at home. At the end of each day, mark if Tyson had a good day, bad day or mediocre day. This helps you to track the over-all trend.
