Why is my labradoodle weak with head wobbling and possible ear issues?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 14 days old | 60 lbs

I just came back from a walk with my 11 month old labradoodle where she was normal but now she's weak on legs and and head is moving side to side. I looked up could be caused by her ears. Which she was playing in a pond a couple weeks ago and now I have noticed she has a bit of dirt looks like in there. Any suggestions?

Yes, it could be vestibular disease caused by an ear infection. It could also be Zoey is in pain. Keep a close eye on her this weekend, and have her seen by a vet on Monday. Take her into an ER vet right away if her symptoms get worse.
