Why is my kitten's bottom red, sore, and bleeding when trying to poop?

I have a kitten she was orphaned and shes alil over 4 weeks old and I think she has a hemorrhoid every time I try to get her to go potty she has a red sore spot and I think it started bleeding a little how do I help her go and how do I help her not be sore.
