My cat's ear wounds won't heal after antibiotics. Could it be serious?

My cat has no hairs on her ears as she had mange when she was kitten ...now she has wounds on her ear which are not healing..we gave her antibiotics also .. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 years and 11 months old

None healing ulcerated wounds can indicate something like cancer or an autoimmune disease. I recommend to discuss having one of the lesions biopsied.
