My German Shepherd has green pus bumps on skin. Is it infected?

My gsd has always had sensitive skin but this is his first skin breakout. It is all over his abdomen and patchy on his legs, He has had this for about a week or so. We started adding omega supplements in his food which has helped incredibly but tonight when we were looking at him we noticed these greenish bumps for the first time with what appears to be puss possibly. We aren’t really sure what is going on and we’re just beginning to get worried and would like something opinions. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 1 month old
