A dumped dog has a huge lump on the side of her face . It's pushing her eye over into the outer corner. What might this be. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 110 lbs

Hello. Poor Sugar! This is either an infection/abscess, or a tumor. Without some diagnostics it is impossible to say from just a picture. If you have any ability to have her examined by a veterinarian I encourage you to do so. Otherwise, it might be best to find a rescue group that can help her. I do hope she is OK & thank you so much for trying to help.
