My dog has a red, inflamed spot or lump on its arm. What is it?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 17 days old

I noticed that both rita and my other adult dog has a small red spot inflamated little bit from inside in their right arm. What could it be? Please help!

The photos are a bit grainy but I think what I am seeing is a lump that looks like a histiocytoma. It usually will go away on it's own within a few weeks to months. I suggest you leave it alone.
