Why is my dog licking his butt and feet? Could it be allergies or anal glands?

I have a small pomadoddle 11.2 lbs. He's been digging/licking at his butt. And licking his feet a lot. I clippes his hair thinking it may help. Ot never. I gave him a bath and put advantage on him. Thinking he may have fleas. He's been digging a lot tonight. Think he played himself out enough to get some sleep now. What can i do to help. I try rubbing his back and in some spots down by his tail he will whine. Pet's info: Dog | Pomapoo | Male | neutered | 2 years and 2 months old | 11.2 lbs

If JJ is licking his behind, that can be a sign of impacted anal sacs. Licking the feet can be due to allergies. You need to take him into the vet first thing in the morning to have these issues diagnosed and treated.
