My dog's been vomiting 6 days, has head tremors. Should I see a vet?

Dog has been being sick for 6 days, first started with extreme upset tummy for 2 days then the sick started . We withheld food for 12 hours and then started on chicken and rice for a day then small amounts of food. But still keeps being sick. Drinking a lot of water plus his head tremors have escalated also. He has been extremely sick today almost like something g out of the exorcist , he has been miserable all day bless his heart and now following us around for food. Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 71.4 lbs

Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Sorry to hear that Maximus is not well. You need to get him to a vet immediately. The treatment you are doing at home is not working so I would be very worried that he has a major problem. You cannot leave him sick like this. Continuous vomiting, whether he wants to eat or not, is not normal and neither are head tremors. He needs to be seen by a vet.
