Why is my dog lethargic, not eating, and has a red tummy mark?

My dog is just super lethargic and he isnt really eating. He also has a bad red mark on his tummy which im not sure if its related or not. Pet's info: Dog | Silky Terrier | Male | neutered | 2 years old | 10 lbs

Lethargy and anorexia (not eating) are very non-specific symptoms of illness meaning almost any sickness can cause these signs. They don't point to a specific problem. I suggest you have him to your vet for an exam and some blood testing to start with so you can find out what the underlying problem is.
