My adopted dog is stressed and constantly spinning. What can I do?

I actually adopted my dog. From the first day I got her she turns around herself too much .she is so stressed. What is her problem? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 3 months old | 6 lbs

Sounds like she has anxiety. If she is not spayed, you should have that done as hormones can be a cause of anxiety. I also suggest you contact a local, professional, in-home dog trainer. They can help you with some behavior modification to lessen her anxiety symptoms. You can also try using some Adaptil.
