My cat keeps scooting and licking her bum. What should I do?

My long haired cat keeps scooting her bum on our carpet and licking it constantly. It looks red too. We had her bum shaved by our vet and we wash it regularly to keep it clean. Can you suggest an OTC product or wipe I could get to relieve her itching? Thank you. Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Female | spayed | 3 years and 3 months old | 11.4 lbs
