My dog's CBC results are low. Should I be worried or give supplements?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | 10 years and 3 months old | 59 lbs

Dear doctor, could you plz check CBC test of my dog and advise if anything is wrong or to watch out? 1- am concerned about the WBC level because 6months ago was 6.2 now 4.6 should I give supliments to support iminum system? (Altho she takes glucosamine naturvet level 1) or i should see if there is an underlying symptom that caused WBC to drop? Plz give me your opinion. 2- Gran# also dropped from 4.3 to 3 3-Urea dropped from 14.7 to 8.7 isn't bad? Anything you advise is very helpful. Thank you!

I would not be concerned about these results if this were my dog as long as the dog was acting normally and not showing any signs of illness. Remember, when we draw the blood we are only getting a tiny sample at one second in time. You could run the CBC again today and the levels may be back in the normal range. You can use an immune boosting supplement if you would like. It will not hurt anything and may help. I am sorry but we don't have access to what products are available in your country. You will need to get advice on that from your vet.
