My cat has stomach lumps, vomiting, and rapid weight loss. What to do?

My cat has four lumps in her lower stomach, two are large (about the size of an egg) two are smaller (about the size of a quarter, maybe slightly bigger) shes been vomiting a lot all day, quite large puddles, shes lost weight really fast, shes losing her hair and shes been acting very odd. usually she is very playful and energetic but here recently shes been just lying around. Shes a year, 10 months and 12 days old.
