What are the long-term side effects of dog heart supplements?

My dog is on CARDIO STRENGTH VETRI SCIENCE twice daily.its ingredients r in pic attached.my dog is 16 kg weight.does this medicine lead to kidney problem n blood pressure BP?it also contains titanium dioxide so does it lead to abnormal growth somewhere in body?does it cause diabetes?plz tell.im very worried.Long term side effects?liver also.

Thanks for visiting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. None of these ingredients will lead to any kidney or blood pressure problems. Also diabetes is not caused by medication either. Diabetes in dogs is often idiopathic (no underlying cause) and is just a genetic predisposition in dogs. It can sometimes be caused by eating fatty foods and being overweight often, but more often than not its genetic and breed specific in dogs. Cat diabetes is more often caused by being overweight. Since this is a supplement, then long term effects are minimal, but if wondering you should call the manufacturer of the supplement to ask for a list. Each manufacturer is different, so its best to go to the source with questions. : ) If your pet has an underlying cardiac disease, then that disease can lead to high blood pressure, so its best to get Chhutki's pressures checked regularly to determine if she needs additional regulating medication(s). Heart disease can only be managed, not cured. I hope that your furry friend C hhutki does well moving forward. Best wishes and take care!
