My sibling cats are fighting. Is my male cat in heat? What to do?

I have two cats that are siblings a boy (prince) & a girl (royalty) they have been fighting really really bad for the last two weeks & I noticed that prince is in heat so I’m not sure what to do I hate to see them fight this bad & so often

Hello, thank you for using PetCoach. Sorry you are having this issue. Male cats do not go into heat but females do. If they are brother and sister you better get them spayed/neutered or you will end up with kittens - they will breed with each other despite being related. So, please get one or both of them "fixed" and you can also try some Feliway Multicat diffusers in your house.
