My dog is lethargic, not eating. How can I find affordable vet care?

My dog peed on the floor last night, very out of character for him, didnt eat dinner, he doesnt want to play or jump or run. He has his ears back and is walking very slowly with his tail down and normally he is VERY energetic. I'm really scared. I have no money for a vet visit. Hes been like this for about 12 hrs now. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 8 months old | 70 lbs
