Puppy playtime & feeding: How much for an underweight growing pup?

Is it ok to assign play time at this age? I love her and love to play with her but playing with her all the time gets extremely tiring specially when I miss my meds and another question, the amount of food the previous owners told us she was getting was extremely low and she's lost quite a bit of weight, it safe to increase her food by a 1/4 of the original amount every 2-3 days until she gets to the reccomended amount? She's getting 30 kibbles of maxi starter mixed with pmr every 7 hours. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 14 days old

Yes it is actually recommended to only do hard core playing with your puppy twice daily for 20-30mins at a time anyway. This helps keep unnecessary pressure and possible trauma to their growing bones and joints. Also you can increase the amount of food instantly, no need to do a slow transition.
