Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 29 days old | 6.4 lbs
I'm glad it's nothing to worry about. I'll keep an eye on him and see if he keeps discharging then I'll go to a hospital. So since he's discharging, what could be the cause of it? Is because he's dehydrated or? What do I give him so he can feel better ???

The cause of this discharge is unknown but it is suspected to be hormone related is puppies that have not been spayed/neutered. It has nothing to do with dehydration and it does not make them feel bad/sick. If it really bothers you, you can wipe the discharge away with a baby wipe when you see it.
