Hello, my cat is lossing weight significantly specially around her hips and its been like this for almost 2 to 3 months .. im suspecting that she have a worms, we went to the vet and he told us that he will give her a pill and monitor her weight and stool, and also he told me that she have a slight increase in the keratin and phosphorus so should i Go with the pill or there is another mangment also could the chemistry increase be related to the worms .. altho she is healthy eating and drinking.

I'm wondering if you mean creatinine, as blood work doesn't measure keratin. The increase in creatinine can indicate kidney issues, and something like kidney failure can cause significant weight loss. Yes, you can give Retchi the deworming treatment but I don't think the chemistry changes are related to any worms.
