Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 11 lbs
My 5yo 11 pound poodle mix had 2 spots of blood in her urine on 10/3. On 10/4 she was seen at the vet with a definite UTI. 1ml of amoxicillin for 2 weeks. Seemed to be better after 3 days. Yesterday and last night she was drinking quite a bit more and of course urinating quite a bit more. Had a small accident going out and when I cleaned it up it was orange tinted. Should I make a follow up appt or wait til medicine is done and see how she is doing then? She never has had accidents before this.

Yes, you should take her back to the vet for a follow-up. She should have an xray to check to see if she has bladder stones. Bladder stones irritate the lining of the bladder which can cause bleeding. If it was a simple UTI I would have expected it to be resolved by now.
