My dog has not been able to keep anything down for 2 days . He has been suffering with his ears

It's quite serious your dog hasn't been able to keep anything down for two days, and he may have a severe GI illness, could have a foreign body, pancreatitis, or may have eaten something rotten, He could also have an ear infection. At this point in time, and due to the severity of his symptoms, this cannot be treated at home. You must take him into a vet now.
