My cat is lethargic, wobbly, and not playing. What's going on?

My cat is very lethargic and cant move good. Hes very unstable when walking and jumping so he doesn't move. He does eat and drink when I carry him to his bowls and he manages to make it to his box and bathrooms ok. He is responsive to toys but doesnt play like normal he just looks and follows the toy which is not like him at all. What could be wrong? Pet's info: Cat | Korat | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 19 days old | 10 lbs
