Thanks for reaching out about Yin and including photos. Not sure if it is understood what you are asking. Are the wings fluttering like a seizure? Or just can't seem to settle the wings after flight? If your concerned about seizures, a veterinary visit is highly recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. If fluttering, check the feathers as fractured feather shafts can irritate the body and result in similar signs. Good luck.
