My cat is sick after birth: pink vomit, no appetite, not nursing.

Question

My cat is feeling unwell and vomited pink saliva, has no appetite and isn't nursing her two kittens. She also seems sad. Background information: Lucy gave birth a month ago to 4 kittens. Sadly, only two survived. When the first three were born I thought she had finished giving birth, but she was missing a placenta for a baby. Two days later however, a fourth baby was born and came out with its placenta but there was still one missing. Could she have a retained placenta? Is this relevant at all. Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Female | unspayed | 6.6 lbs

Hello, I do worry that Lucy may have retained placenta or a uterine infection that could be causing pain. I worry whenever cats become lethargic and stop eating.
