Hello, my dog is not vaccinated and registered. What are the first steps I should to get these done?

Hi there! I would recommend taking your pup to the vet for a wellness exam and first set of vaccines - he/she can get you started on everything she needs. :) As far as getting her registered, I'm not sure what you mean? Your local city or county may require that you get a dog license for her, so you can check with your town hall or county courthouse to find out. If you're asking about kennel club registration, your breeder should have given you registration papers to fill out and send in.
