My dog has a wound on his privates. Vet or home treatment?

My Pitbull Cooper has this on his privates. We don’t know where he got it from it doesn’t seem to hurt him but should we see a vet or can we use products like neosporen and maybe cone so he won’t get to it. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 60 lbs

That's a very deep wound and may be related to an injury or even a tumor/growth within the testicles. It would be best to place a cone on Cooper and get him into a vet ASAP for care to have the area examined, tested, and treated.
