My pregnant cat fell, can't use hind legs, and isn't delivering.

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 13 lbs

Our foster cat had a fall from 1st floor. She is pregnant and not able to stand on the hind limbs. There is sense in the two hind limbs, I'm regularly massaging them. The problem is, she is not able to deliver and having little by little vaginal discharge and also not eating any food. She's on meloxicam IV and some vitamin IVs as instructed by a vet. Can you please give advice on how to help my cat get back to normal shape and walk like always. Thank you!

Hello, Depending on the extent of Chinnu's injuries, it may not be possible for her to deliver kittens on her own or walk again. It can take time to fully realize the extent of spinal cord damage. I recommend having her seen by her veterinarian again to ensure she is not in distress attempting to give birth. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
