My dog has vomited 5 times overnight.

If she is otherwise acting normal, then you could withhold food (make sure she has water) for 6-8 hours and see if the vomiting resolves. If it resolves, feed her a small amount of a bland diet (boiled chicken and white rice) this afternoon. If the vomiting continues and/or she is acting lethargic then she should be examined and treated by a vet as soon as possible. The vet can run blood-work and take x-rays, if needed, to help determine the cause. She may need an injection of an anti-vomiting medication to help control the vomiting.
